Haiya is a hiring platform currently in development. This page describes how we handle information about visitors to our website and the people we communicate with ahead of launch.

Information we collect

If you contact us at hello@haiya.dk, we'll collect the email address you write from and whatever you choose to share in your message. We do not use third-party analytics, ad networks, or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

We only use what you send us to reply to you and to keep you in the loop about Haiya's launch — nothing else. We won't sell, rent, or share your contact details with anyone.

How we store it

Emails you send us live in our regular email inbox, on infrastructure run by our email provider. We keep messages for as long as we need them to follow up; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out at hello@haiya.dk and we'll handle it promptly.

Changes to this policy

As Haiya grows toward launch, this policy will grow with it. When we make material changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
